We stand behind every installation
Every MeshMates product is backed by a limited warranty from the date of installation. Here's exactly what's covered and how to make a claim.
Sales terms
The deposit made for the order is non-refundable, and the balance must be paid in full after the completion of the job.
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Delivery dates and timings may change.
Upon installation, the customer shall inspect the goods, and any complaints must be communicated to us immediately.
Coverage
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in mesh or frame
- Installation workmanship
- Loose screws, nuts, or bolts from normal use
- Issues directly attributable to our workmanship
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse, impact, or external force
Important conditions
Warranty is void if
The attachment system is removed for reasons other than replacing a defective product under this warranty.
Proper maintenance required
Warranty only applies when the product is maintained in accordance with mesh care instructions and properly installed.
Non-transferable
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation address. It is not transferable to subsequent owners or occupants.
Remedy
Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, MeshMates will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product or component. No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty.
