The deposit made for the order is non-refundable, and the balance must be paid in full after the completion of the job.

- • Delivery dates and timings may change
Upon installation, the customer shall inspect the goods, and any complaints must be communicated to us immediately.
What's Covered
Retractable Mesh Frames: Warranty coverage begins upon installation and lasts for 1 year.
Magnetic Clip-On Meshes: Warranty coverage begins upon installation and lasts for 3 months.
The warranty covers the mesh/system if it is broken naturally
Note: Replacement of pet mesh only happens if the mesh is bitten by a cat/damaged naturally to a minimal size of 5cm x 5cm
First 6 months: Labor service is free of charge
Excludes additional costs like scaffolding or transportation
Important Conditions
Warranty is VOID if:
The attachment system is removed for reasons other than replacing a defective product under this warranty
Warranty Requirements:
Product warranty only applies when the product is maintained in accordance with mesh care instructions and properly installed
What's NOT Covered
- • Misuse or abuse
- • Acts of God
